Keltech has a new opportunity for a Intermediate to Senior Contaminated Sites Environmental Engineer or Scientist to join our Kelowna based team on a full-time basis.

Your role will include: 

• Planning and executing environmental site investigations and remediation at contaminated sites in British Columbia
• Project management and business development activities
• Data interpretation and reporting, including integrating the contributions from associates and colleagues into a high-quality project deliverable
• Developing proposals and scopes of work for our clients
• Applying the best available science and remedial engineering practice

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant discipline such as environmental engineering, contaminant hydrogeology, or geology
• Professional registration (or eligibility for BC registration) as an EIT, GIT, AIT, PEng, PGeo or PAg
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental consulting in British Columbia using the Environmental Management Act and related regulations
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Strong data evaluation, report writing and verbal communication skills
• Passion for working in a team environment
• Professional registration with one of the parent organizations of the Contaminated Site Approved Professionals Society;
• Valid BC Drivers License
